Open both MEL scripts

The script window should open

Press Execute for both scripts

To make sure it is running-

Go to the MEL script at the bottom of the program

type 

AriUVGriddingOptions

Create a new script File-> New Script 

Copy and paste just the name of the other scripts into the new one you just made

You can add it to your shelf from here by highlighting it and middle mouse button dragging it to a shelf
