Transforming a layer in Substance Painter

• To move a layer click on it and click the magic wand tool in the layer settings
• Click "create filter", your properties window should change
• Click on the box in the properties window that says"filter" a dialog box with a search bar will appear
• Type in "transform" and click the option with the same name
• You can now select the filter and translate the layer!
