Applying stickers in Substance

  1. File → Import Resources
  2. Find an image and import it into Substance
  3. Change "undefined" to "texture"
    1. Choose where to import it to- it doesn't matter either way for this
Substance should filter your textures so you can see this new texture in your project
  1. With the brush tool selected scroll down in the properties window for the tool until you see "base color"
  2. Drag the image texture to the base color box
  3. Click on the button under the eraser tool on the far right side of the screen
You should now see a plane with the image texture overlayed onto it. By using your brush tool you can apply the image exactly how it appears in the viewport.

- The sticker will apply orthographically to the object- what you see is where it goes.
- If you don't move the viewport the image will remain in place- this is helpful if you want to apply the same image over different materials.
