Inside Maya

Select a piece of the model

Open hypershade
-
Assign a different material for each part of the object

When done select the model
-
Export selection options
- File type dropdown→ .fbx (obj also works)
Inside substance
- Template → ASM PBR metallic
- Document Resolution → 2048
- Use UV Tile Workflow
- This is because we used multiple UV sets, if you didn't don't click this
