Bringing your Substance textures into Maya

In Substance...
  1.  File -> export textures
  2. Change your export directory
  3. PBR Metallic Roughness
  4. Change file Type- sbsar
Export!

In Maya...
  1. Hypershade
  2. Press tab to create a node
    1. Type in "substance"
  3. Click on "substance node texture"
  4. Click on the folder icon next to "substance texture"
    1. Width
      1. Change to the texture size that you set it at in Substance
    2. Workflows
      1. Renderman
      2. Create Network
This creates a new shader, rename it, this is an updated, textured version of the texture you applied before you went into Substance
