Blocking out and creating objects using NURBS shapes (blocking out the head from Linguini pipeline)
- Get references and adjust them (duh)
- Make a NURBS circle and duplicate it throughout the reference to block out the shape
- Generally, the extra parts of the head aren’t included, just the skull
- Once they match, select all the circles in the order that you made them
- Surfaces → Loft
- The object made can still be edited using the circles. Scale and move them to match the character
- Convert to a poly
- Modify→ Convert→ NURBS to Polygons option box → Make sure the type says “Quads” → Tesselate
